Summary
The JF800 electric valve positioner is used in conjunction with an actuator. It receives a 4–20 mA DC current signal from the controller or control system, converts it into pneumatic pressure, and delivers this pressure to the matched pneumatic actuator, thereby controlling the valve’s position.
Features
① No resonance occurs within the 5–200 Hz range.
② Conversion between direct-acting and reverse-acting, as well as between single-acting and double-acting, is readily achievable.
③ For small actuators, vibration can be prevented by reducing the restrictor orifice in the positioner.
④ Low air consumption and excellent cost-effectiveness.
⑤ Range‑split control within a 1/2 range can be achieved without replacing any components.
