The JF600/JF601 intelligent electric valve positioners are smart, two‑wire field instruments. Based on microprocessor technology, they deliver high performance, effectively counteracting friction and unbalanced forces acting on the valve plug, thereby enhancing the response speed of control valves and ensuring rapid, accurate positioning. They offer a range of functions, including changing the control mode, configuring split‑range control, enabling a shut‑off function, adjusting the valve stroke, fine‑tuning the packing friction coefficient, selecting the valve type, and providing 4–20 mA valve position feedback. When used in conjunction with conventional mechanical electric valve positioners, these devices simplify installation and commissioning, reduce maintenance costs, and improve control accuracy.
