Summary
The JF100R electric valve positioner is a device that receives a 4–20 mA DC current signal from a controller or control system and supplies compressed air to a pneumatic actuator to regulate the valve opening.
Features
① No resonance occurs within the 5–200 Hz frequency range.
② Conversion between direct-acting and reverse-acting, as well as between single-acting and double-acting, is readily achievable.
③ For vibrations generated by small actuators, the issue can be addressed by adding a throttling orifice to the positioner.
④ Low air consumption and excellent cost-effectiveness.
⑤ Range‑split control within a 1/2 range can be achieved without replacing any components.
