Summary
The JF100 electric valve positioner is a device that receives a 4–20 mA DC current signal from a controller or control system and supplies compressed air to a pneumatic actuator to regulate the valve opening.
Features
① No resonance occurs within the 5–200 Hz frequency range; ② Easy switching between direct and reverse action, as well as between single‑acting and double‑acting configurations; ③ Vibration generated by small actuators can be mitigated by installing a throttling orifice in the positioner; ④ Low air consumption and excellent cost efficiency; ⑤ Proportional control over a 1/2 range can be achieved without replacing any components.
