The 10 series linear control valve adopts a new design concept and a modular design for the entire series. By simply replacing the valve internals, different structures of valves can be formed. The product has a wide range of internal components that can meet the requirements of the vast majority of industrial automation systems. Among them, various internal structures have been comprehensively upgraded, such as the quick release structure of single seat valves and the use of imported balanced sealing rings for sleeve valves, which have a longer service life.

30 series self operated control valve

The 30 series self operated control valve is mainly used for pressure, temperature, and flow control of steam or other industrial fluids. It does not require external energy during operation and can be adjusted by the medium itself. This product has a built-in corrugated tube balanced structure, excellent adjustment performance, and is sensitive to changes in the medium. This series of products can be matched into a system, ensuring the efficiency and stability of the system through the excellent performance of the product itself.

50 series control ball valve

The 50 series ball valve is suitable for switch control applications with low flow resistance, low pressure loss, and high leakage requirements. It is also suitable for applications where the medium contains particulate fibrous substances.

60 series harsh working condition control valve

The main difference between the 60 series harsh working condition control valve and ordinary control valves is that it is mainly used in high temperature or high pressure working conditions. It adopts single-stage and multi-stage pressure reduction methods according to the specific working conditions of the user, aiming to minimize fluid flushing and noise, achieve stable regulation of the fluid, and improve the service life of the valve itself. Therefore, the valve has the advantages of complex structure, stable performance, reliable operation, large allowable pressure difference, low noise, and tight closure. It has been widely used for automatic regulation and remote control of industrial processes such as petrochemicals, power plants, and metallurgy.

70 series butterfly valve

The 70 series butterfly valve has various structural forms, which can be used for cutting occasions and regulating working conditions. Compared with other types of valves with a through-hole diameter, it has advantages such as shorter structural length and lighter weight. 70E (double eccentric) and 70D (triple eccentric) are high-performance sealed butterfly valves with leakage levels reaching V or VI. They come in two forms: soft seal and metal seal, and are widely used in situations where complete sealing is required for gas and liquid cut-off. At the same time, the 70E series high-performance butterfly valve can also be used as a regulating valve in system pipelines, such as in air separation systems, after being equipped with pneumatic actuators and corresponding accessories. The 70S series is a rear seat sealed type with a valve plate leakage rate of 0.5%. It has a simple structure, easy operation, light weight, and low price, and is suitable for high temperature, anti blocking, and sealing requirements.

90 series pneumatic actuator

The 90 series pneumatic actuators include both linear and angular stroke pneumatic actuators. The linear pneumatic actuators are divided into L1 series pneumatic diaphragm actuators and L2 series pneumatic piston actuators. These two pneumatic actuators are equipped with side mounted manual control and top mounted manual control respectively.

F-series fluorine lined valve

The pressure bearing body of the valve body is made of cast steel/stainless steel, and all overcurrent contact surfaces (valve body cavity, valve disc, valve seat, valve core, diaphragm) are lined with F4 (PTFE), F46 (FEP), PFA fluoroplastic through high-temperature and high-pressure molding, completely isolating strong corrosive media from contact with the metal substrate. It is a specialized cutting, regulating, and check fluid control equipment for strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvent, and oxidizing medium pipelines. The entire series includes seven categories of fluorine lined ball valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, gate valves, diaphragm valves, check valves, and regulating valves. Manual/pneumatic/electric drive options are available, suitable for harsh corrosive industrial conditions.
